The Chicago Workforce Board seeks to develop a world-class workforce and a workforce system that meets the needs of employers for qualified workers. To do this, we need to develop strong partnerships with business and industry leaders throughout Chicago. Working with the business community helps us to understand workforce challenges, and then develop policies and programs to expand training for in-demand occupations.
