Business Services Teams combine local resources and expertise to assist businesses by identifying new workers, providing customized training, and offering labor market information and access to training funds. The Teams can perform human resources functions for employers to ensure they have the most qualified candidates for their open positions. The Business Services Teams operate through the One-Stop Career Centers and work with partner agencies and community-based organizations to build relationships with employers. They also coordinate events such as job fairs and on-site recruitment.
